6. Service Delivery Timeline
Our services commence within 7 business days after the onboarding process is complete. This period allows us to fully understand your requirements and prepare for optimal service delivery.
7. The Client hereby agrees to invest a minimum of amount monthly ad spend.MYSTRIX MEDIA reserves the right to spend less than the entirety of the Client’s approved monthly ad budget, if we determine it to be in the Client’s best interest according to proven strategies and best practice. In addition, the Client agrees to complete our off-boarding form and participate in a 30-minute exit interview with MYSTRIX MEDIA representative to assist us in improving our service. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in our inability to deliver a refund if payment goes through before cancelling.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Mystrix Media, we are committed to delivering results for our clients. We offer a guarantee to achieve the agreed-upon targets within 30 days of the campaign’s initiation. If we fail to meet these targets, we will refund the retainer amount paid to us. However, the refund does not include the ad spend, which remains the responsibility of the client.
Terms and Conditions:

The guarantee applies only to targets explicitly outlined in the signed agreement at the time of onboarding.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days after the 30-day campaign period ends.

The ad spend incurred during the campaign is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon approval of the refund request.

This policy does not cover delays or failure
due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, force majeure events).
